Web Designer
Job Description- As a Web Designer, he / she would be responsible for work as team or individual.
- Responsible to work closely with development, QA and customer support team to maintain, enhance existing product as well as to develop new products.
- Create and communicate UI design patterns, standards and ideas that are used across the web.
- Research industry best practices for user experience, ensuring that they are leveraged throughout Acknown websites.
- Help the design team, delivers quality applications on-time and on-budget, and help in the execution against project plans and delivery commitments.
- Maintain current technical knowledge to support rapidly changing technology, stay on a look out for new technologies, and work with management and development team to bring in new technologies.
- Must have strong knowledge on XHTML, HTML, HTML5 ,FLASH, CSS 3, Javascript, jQuery, DIV based Layouts.
- Understanding of web standards like W3C.
- Knowledge of PHP and MySQL is an added advantage.
- Proficient in tools like Photoshop, Dreamweaver.
- Have experience iterating a design based on usability tests and user feedback.
- Adopt and be well-versed in the latest front-end technology.
- Good Communication Skill & experience in interacting with Support team.
- Must have solid written english skills.
